1. If the tempering furnace stops production for only a short time, simply go to the tempering furnace control panel and turn on the temperature “Sleep” button. You may also set the appropriate temperature according to the length of the stop time so that the tempering furnace control system will automatically drop the temperature to the suitable holding temperature;

2. In case that the tempering furnace will stop production for an extended time period, set the heating temperature of the upper and lower part to 0°C, disconnect the heating switch in the tempering furnace control interface, and disconnect the heating switch in the control cabinet to bring the tempering furnace body into a natural cooling state;

3. Stop the main drive of the tempering furnace only when the furnace temperature drops below 300°C to prevent the ceramic rollers from deforming at high temperature; only after the main drive of the tempering furnace stops rotating, you may turn off the industrial computer, disconnect the power supply to the furnace circuit, and then disconnect the power supply to the control system; the blower system may be turned off at any time when not needed.
