During the glass tempering process, there will be glass broken in the tempering furnace. When that occurs, we must stop the glass tempering machine to cool it down and clean up the shattered glass.
If the broken glass is left at the bottom of the tempering furnace for too long, the shattered pieces will melt and accumulate on the radiate plate at the bottom of the furnace, affecting the heating effect. If the melted glass comes into contact with the heating elements beneath the radiate plate, it will cause the grounding or meltdown of heating wires.
