On July 10th, 2014, Chairman Wang of LandGlass Labor Union and ten representatives of LandGlass staff performed a few generous donations of materials to Hancun Primary School of Dakou Village, Yanshi City.

Hancun Primary School has six classes in total, providing elementary education for children from nearby villages. The school has poor teaching conditions, teaching equipment and learning environment, difficulting the learning of the children. LandGlass staff sympathized with the cause and they contributed with stationaries, sport equipment, books and periodicals, and children’s clothes. Some staff even bought new pencils and schoolbags especially for Hancun Primary School of Dakou Village, Yanshi City.

On Thursday Morning, LandGlass staff representatives drove on the muddy road in the rain to Hancun Primary School and handed over the collected materials to the children. They expressed their thanks and smiled while carrying the stationaries and books. After a simple donation ceremony, LandGlass staff representatives had a discussion with the teachers and children of Hancun Primary School. Chairman Wang of LandGlass Labor Union stated that LandGlass would, as always, care for our next generations and shoulder more social responsibility as an innovated enterprise, so as to create a better learning environment for the children.
