LandGlass B-type bending glass tempering furnace production modes are as follows

1. Single-station production mode

In this mode, the glass tempering furnace only heats one batch of glass within a particular time period. This mode is ideal for processing large pieces of glass that generally have an arc length between 1200mm and 3600mm and straight edge length between 2400mm and 3300mm. It is often used in the processing of curved glass for building construction.

2. Multi-station production mode

In this mode, the glass tempering machine can heat 2-4 batches of glass in the same time period, suitable for processing glass of moderate size: The arc length is generally between 800mm and 1000mm and straight edge length between 2000mm and 2400mm. The output of this kind is between that of single-station production mode and continuous production mode. This mode is mostly used in the processing of shower glass.

3. Continuous production mode

In this mode, glass panels are continuously fed into the glass tempering machine to complete heating process, and then the bending and tempering processes. This mode is ideal for processing glass of smaller size and less thickness: the arc length is generally between 800mm and 1000mm, straight edge length between 1200mm and 1500mm, and thickness between 3.2 and 6mm. This series of glass tempering machine provide the largest production output among the three modes, often used in processing of glass for auto side windows and home appliances.

Customers can choose different LandGlass B-type bending glass tempering furnaces with the appropriate output capacity and applicability according to their needs.
