The Working Principle of Cooling Water Circulation System for Forced Convection Glass Tempering Furnace
The cooling water in the forced convection glass tempering furnace recirculation system takes away the heat from the enclosure of the convection blower when it flows through the furnace. It prevents the bearing of the convection blower overheating by rapidly discharging the heat built up around the bearing and ensures the stable operation of the convection glass tempering furnace over a long period of time.
Maintenance of the Cooling Water Circulation System for Forced Convection Glass Tempering Furnace
1. The quality of the water in the circulatory tank should be tested every six months. The water must be replaced when it falls below the required quality.
2. Start the backup pumps immediately when the main water pump cannot work properly.
3. The circulation cooling system is equipped with a reverse pump to drain pipelines during winter shutdown or maintenance time to prevent pipes from freezing.
4. When the flow switch alarm of the circulation cooling system is triggered, check water tank level, the operation of water pumps, whether valves are open and pipelines are free of clogs. Take corresponding measures according to the findings to troubleshoot the problems.
5. Water pressure in the circulation system: 0.2Mpa~0.5Mpa
6. The hardness of the circulating water: ≤0.03mmol/L (or meet higher requirement in line with GB50050 standards)
7. The outlet water temperature of the convection blower cooling system during operation shall not exceed 35℃
