The glass tempering furnace controlling system will automatically identify the tempering stage and adjust the air blowing pressure accordingly to reduce the unnecessary high load run. While effectively lowering the energy consumption of the blower, it ensures the fully tempering of the glass and greatly decrease the probability of defects; the system can also detect the status of glass during tempering, make smart adjustments to the duration of high pressured tempering blow and low pressured cooling blow as well as the blower power, and automatically identify the glass tempering stage to further achieve the automated transition from the glass tempering to cooling for a better control over the cooling profile.
