Adjust the coaxiality of the encoder shaft of the tempering furnace and its motion shaft to prevent encoder vibration.  

The soft shaft that connects the tempering furnace encoder shaft and its motion shaft are properly secured.

The motion shaft connected with the encoder must be properly leveled with no obvious vibration or swing.

Precautions: The tempering furnace encoder is one of the key components that control the furnace operation. Improper adjustment may result in severe failure.
