Never allow this job to be performed by non-professional personnel!
During the lifting, note if the furnace body is lifted smoothly, whether there is abnormal noise, and if the four corners rise at an equal pace. In case of an abnormality, stop the operation immediately for inspection. Solve the problems before continuing the lifting.
2. When the tempering furnace body is raised to the position of the pillar safety pin, continue the lifting with inching operation till the safety pin holes are fully exposed. Insert the safety pins and keep inching the furnace body until it fits the surface of the safety pins snugly. No job inside the tempering furnace shall be carried out before all four safety pins are in place.
3. Before lowering the tempering furnace body, lift the furnace body up by approximately 10mm to remove the safety pins. Then, lower the furnace body smoothly. When the upper and lower halves of the furnace body are about to contact, change it to inching operation till the upper half falls onto the lower half naturally.
