1. All moving parts should be either in the chamber or located behind protective barrier. Blowers shall be equipped with air-intake grid. The opening/closing part of the lifting device shall have safety pins. The lifting device in the bending chiller section shall have safety hook.  

2. Where there are safety hazards in the glass tempering furnace, visible and clear safety warning signs shall be affixed securely.  

3. All glass tempering furnaces shall provide protective measures to prevent shattered glass pieces from injuring people.
