To ensure that the glass tempering furnace body lifts smoothly, lubricate the trapezoidal screw with #46 lubricating oil after each lift by spraying it from the top of the glass tempering furnace pillar.

For the bevel gear drive of the tempering furnace body: apply lithium-based grease quarterly.

Regarding the lift motor reducer at the top of the glass tempering furnace: keep the lubricant oil at the mid-level of the oil window. The lubricant in the motor reducer should be replaced annually. We recommend using #30 or #40 oil. Of these, #40 oil is preferable in conditions of particularly high temperatures due to its higher maximum temperature tolerance and superior oil stability.
