During the installation of the ceramic rollers in the glass tempering furnace, place the conveyor rack of the ceramic rollers in the vicinity of the place to be installed first. At least three people would lift up one end of the ceramic rollers to be placed on the roller conveyor rack and slowly push it into the glass tempering furnace.

The cooling water in the forced convection glass tempering furnace recirculation system takes away the heat from the enclosure of the convection blower when it flows through the furnace.
1. Surface stress of the glass can be tested with a surface stress meter by placing carefully the test instrument on the glass surface after applying a few drops of immersion liquid at the bottom of the instrument.
Flat glass is divided into tempered glass, semi-tempered glass, and annealed glass based on their surface stresses. According to U.S. ASTM C1048-1997b standard, the ranges of surface stresses for each type of glass are: Tempered glass >69MPa (10,000psi), Semi-tempered glass: 24MPa (3500psi) ~ 52MPa (7500psi).
Full Convection glass tempering furnaces are the ones that use convection heating method on both upper and bottom sides of glass. All the glass types mentioned above can be tempered by full convection glass tempering machine.
